This is a non-exclusive license. Carlisio Keys retains full ownership of the instrumental and may continue licensing it to other artists. Licensee may record one (1) new song using the beat and distribute it on all major platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) up to 100,000 combined audio streams and 2,000 sales/downloads. Includes one (1) music video and non-profit live performances. Broadcast rights (radio/TV), sync placements, and Content ID registration are not included. Credit "Prod. by Carlisio Keys" must appear in song titles or descriptions where possible. Once limits are reached, Licensee must upgrade or purchase a new license. The instrumental may not be resold, re-licensed, or claimed as the Licensee's own.

The instrumental may not be resold, re-licensed, or claimed as the Licensee's own.

Upon purchase, the beat is removed from the store and will no longer be licensed to new buyers. Licensee receives unlimited rights to distribute, stream, sell, perform, broadcast, and sync the new song, including TV and film. Carlisio Keys retains copyright ownership of the underlying composition and 50% of the writer's share of publishing; the song must be registered with a PRO accordingly (Carlisio Keys: BMI). Credit "Prod. by Carlisio Keys" is required. Non-exclusive licenses sold before this purchase remain valid under their original terms. The instrumental may not be resold or re-licensed.

Yes. Every paid license allows distribution through services like DistroKid, TuneCore, or CD Baby, within your license limits.
